Last year our government initiated an enormous Infrastructure Bill which became American law in November. The bill itself devotes nearly $500 billion dollars to the infrastructure of America’s transportation system with funds specifically designated for major roadways, bridges, and other projects. For anyone directly involved with creating and maintaining our country’s infrastructure, this bill will create numerous opportunities.
First, this bill will create multiple new job opportunities. As the number of new roadway projects increases, so does the need for employees to keep those project sites safe. Fresh employees will be needed to create and enforce highway traffic controls. These controls will help direct traffic safely around ongoing projects and ensure the success of the project.
In a similar fashion, demand for renting equipment such as safety cones, road signs, and message boards, will increase with the need to manage highway traffic.
Additionally, as highway projects are completed, any newly-constructed roads will need quality marking and striping.
Finally, the Bill also designates over $11 billion dollars for highway and commercial vehicle safety programs. This funding will enable corporations to refine and institute new programs that will go even further to keep employees safe.
All of this to say, as highway projects increase, so will the demand for work. And InfraStripe is ready to serve.
The Infrastructure Bill intends to fund numerous infrastructure projects that America has needed for quite some time. These projects should help repair, maintain, and expand our current roadways, making vehicle transportation safer for all parties involved. InfraStripe is proud to provide service to these investments in motorist safety, and we are grateful for additional resources to protect the people on the road.
